About
I'm a technical project manager based in Philadelphia. For the past year and a half I've been the sole project manager for Thrive Themes at Awesome Motive, running release trains, sprint cadence, capacity planning, and the reporting layer that makes risk visible before it becomes a slip.
Before that I ran a small web development shop building WordPress sites for small businesses and nonprofits, and before that I spent a decade in the wine business in New York, managing a sales floor of 15 to 20 people. I went through a full-stack bootcamp along the way, which is why I'm comfortable in a terminal even though I don't ship production code.
What I care about now is turning lived process into reusable systems. That increasingly means building AI-assisted workflows that are durable rather than one-off: release checklist generators, changelog writers, status digests, and evaluation pipelines, each with a self-check that fails loudly when something is off.
I'm moving toward product management, and I've spent the last year owning launches end to end, from scope decision to customer changelog.
